Firmware is for a DMA card: it controls how that card enumerates to the gaming PC. Plenty of setups run both, with firmware on the card and a spoofer on the host. A private firmware order is prepared for the confirmed DMA board instead of being issued as one public file to every buyer. Device values and the hardware profile depend on the selected tier. This reduces signature reuse, but it is not a guarantee against detection; confirm current compatibility and Status before use.

Builds are pulled offline the moment a break is confirmed, the fix is pushed, and the status page updates as each product comes back. You do not need to open a ticket to find out where things stand.

Open a support ticket with the order ID, product version, full error and the last step that worked. Firmware replacement coverage follows the warranty listed for the selected tier; it is not identical across every tier. Software and spoofer issues are diagnosed against the live product status and current setup instructions.
