We collect the information needed to run your account and fulfil an order: email address, optional profile and Discord details, order and licence records, support messages, reviews, and shipping details when a physical item requires them. We record the chosen payment method and transaction reference, not your payment-account password or private wallet key.
We use this data to authenticate accounts, process and track orders, issue licences and downloads, provide support, prevent abuse, send service messages and honour notification preferences. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Essential cookies and local browser storage keep account sessions, carts, wishlists, referral or coupon choices and interface preferences working. Vercel Web Analytics provides cookieless, privacy-friendly traffic measurements used to improve the site.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls provided by our hosting, authentication and database providers. Access is limited to the systems and team members that need it for delivery, support or administration.
Account deletion removes your login, profile and preferences. Financial order, payment and issued-licence records are retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention and support, then detached from the deleted account. Other personal data is kept only as long as its stated purpose or legal obligations require.
We rely on hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email and payment providers to operate the service. They process the limited data required for their role under their own security and privacy terms.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of eligible personal data. Account holders can update common profile details directly; for anything else, contact [email protected] or open a Discord ticket.
