Browse the products page, choose a variant, add it to cart, and continue to checkout. Website checkout accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT on TRC-20, and PayPal. Your order remains pending until the transfer is verified; digital access is issued when the order is approved.
Cheats, spoofers and account credentials are issued after payment verification. Network confirmation time varies by payment and is shown through the order's pending status. Custom DMA firmware is prepared within 24 to 48 hours; physical bundles are built before dispatch, and courier transit follows separately.
Website checkout accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), USDT on the TRC-20 network, and PayPal. You can also open Discord for an assisted purchase, but that does not create a website order. Cards and bank transfers are not currently available in website checkout.
For software cheats and HWID spoofers, you only need a Windows 10/11 PC. For DMA cheats such as Blurred and Streck, you need a DMA card (we sell complete bundles with Captain DMA 100T-7th), a second PC or laptop, and a fuser or capture card.

A spoofer changes the hardware identity presented by the machine you already own and is issued digitally after payment verification. Firmware is for a DMA card: it controls how that card enumerates to the gaming PC. Plenty of setups run both, with firmware on the card and a spoofer on the host. If you are unsure, describe your hardware on Discord first.
Our spoofer changes the hardware identifiers (HWID) that games and anti-cheat systems use to track bans. It spoofs disk serials, motherboard UUID, MAC addresses, SMBIOS data, GPU identifiers, and more. This gives the machine a different hardware identity after a hardware ban.
Perm Spoofer makes persistent changes to your hardware identifiers across reboots. Temp Spoofer applies changes only for the current session. When you restart, your original HWIDs return. Perm is more convenient; Temp is reversible.
The spoofer does not remove bans. It changes the hardware identity presented to the game. Your banned account remains banned; the product only changes the machine identifiers associated with a new account.
DMA (Direct Memory Access) uses external hardware to read game memory from a separate computer. Since the cheat software runs on the second PC, there is no cheat process on the gaming PC for anti-cheat software to scan. The DMA card reads memory through PCIe, outside the anti-cheat process running on the game PC.
You need: 1) A DMA card (Captain DMA 100T-7th recommended), 2) A second PC or laptop to run the cheat software, 3) A fuser or HDMI capture card. Our bundles include everything except the second PC.
The configurable DMA hardware kit lets you select a supported DMA card, firmware tier, game software and compatible display or input extras. The configurator shows the available pairings and price before checkout. A second PC is not included, so confirm that requirement before ordering.
Blurred and Streck are different provider options on supported DMA game pages. Available features, licence periods and game coverage vary by title, so compare the live variants on the relevant DMA product page and check Status before launching.
EAC/BE Emulated: Easy Anti-Cheat and BattlEye games such as Fortnite, Apex and Rust. Slotted Edition: The same game coverage with a different firmware profile. FaceIt/VGK: Adds support for FACEIT Anti-Cheat and Valorant's Vanguard (VGK). Supports 75T, 100T and M.2 cards.
After checkout, support confirms the exact DMA board and the delivery or guided-flash method for that order. Follow the instructions attached to the order and do not flash a file intended for a similar board. If hands-on help is required, arrange it through the official Discord ticket for the order.
Your DNA ID is a unique identifier for your specific DMA card. We use it to generate custom firmware that only works on your hardware. This prevents reselling and keeps the build tied to that card. Follow our Knowledge Base guide to obtain your DNA ID.
A private firmware order is prepared for the confirmed DMA board instead of being issued as one public file to every buyer. Device values and the hardware profile depend on the selected tier. This reduces signature reuse, but it is not a guarantee against detection; confirm current compatibility and Status before use.
Requirements vary by product and are listed on its page or current setup guide. DMA normally requires a compatible PCIe card, a second computer and the specified connection or display hardware. Do not change Secure Boot, virtualization or other BIOS security settings from a generic guide; use the instructions for the exact product and firmware.
Check the product's live Status first, then confirm that your Windows version, licence and downloaded build match the current product instructions. Record the complete error text and the last step that worked. Do not broadly disable system protections from a generic checklist; if the official guide does not cover the error, open a Discord ticket with the order ID and diagnostics.
VPN compatibility depends on the product's licence and network checks. If a loader cannot authenticate, test the documented setup without the VPN and share the error with support. A VPN does not change product detection risk or replace the product-specific setup instructions.
Reset rules depend on the selected product and provider. Use the in-loader reset only when that option is present; otherwise open a Discord ticket with the order ID and explain the hardware or Windows change. Support will confirm whether the licence is eligible and what information is required.
Visit the Track Order page and enter the Order ID shown after checkout (it is also included in the confirmation email) or the email address you used. You'll see payment status, processing status, and download links once ready.
Check that you sent the exact amount to the wallet and network shown at checkout, with network fees paid on your end. Confirmation requirements vary by network. If the order remains pending after the transfer confirms, open a Discord ticket with your Order ID and transaction hash (TXID).
If a product doesn't work on your setup and our support team can't resolve it, we issue a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. For subscription products, we offer partial refunds for unused time. Open a ticket on Discord to request a refund.

Open a support ticket with the order ID, product version, full error and the last step that worked. Firmware replacement coverage follows the warranty listed for the selected tier; it is not identical across every tier. Software and spoofer issues are diagnosed against the live product status and current setup instructions.

Check the Status page before you play. It carries the current status of every product. We push updates after game patches. DMA products run on separate hardware, so the cheat software executes on the second PC rather than the gaming PC.
If detection occurs, we immediately work on an update. We'll notify all users via Discord. If you get banned during a detection window that was our fault, we offer license extension or replacement at our discretion. Always check Status page before playing.

Builds are pulled offline the moment a break is confirmed, the fix is pushed, and the status page updates as each product comes back. You do not need to open a ticket to find out where things stand.
