How license keys work
Where the key comes from, how to open it on Downloads, and what the delivery states actually mean.

1Where the key comes from
After checkout, the order stays pending until the payment is verified. When the order is approved, the licence is issued to the email on the order and appears against that order on Track. Custom DMA firmware is a build, not an instant file — that line is prepared in 24 to 48 hours. There is no public key format to memorise. Use the value you were sent.
Open it on Downloads
Go to the Downloads page. Paste the licence key into the verification field and submit. The page asks the store for the paid product, the current build when one is ready, and updates that belong to the same key. The key is a credential. Do not put it in a URL, a public screenshot, or a ticket you do not own.
2What you see after a match
A match shows the order display ID, the key you typed, and each delivery item. An item can be a file download or a support route. Each item carries a published run status. That status is the same family of states as the Status page — undetected, testing, use at own risk, updating, maintenance, detected, or no status.
Read the status before you launch
Undetected on a download row means published as undetected. It is not a guarantee of safety. Testing, use at own risk, updating, maintenance, detected or no status will ask you to acknowledge before the delivery link opens. Detected means do not launch. Updating means wait. No status means check Status or Discord before you guess.
3Nothing attached to the key
If verification succeeds but the list is empty, the entitlement is confirmed and no delivery item has been labelled ready. That is an order-record problem, not a wrong password. Contact support with the order display ID shown on that page.
Cannot find the key
Check the confirmation email and the completed order on Track. Track shows issued licences on a delivered order. If both are empty, open Discord with the order ID. Do not buy a second key to 'test' the first one.
4Keep the key private
Anyone with the key can open the same Downloads view. Treat it like a password. If you think it leaked, open a ticket with the order ID and say so.
