Why does a patch take a build offline?
A build reads specific structures at specific places in the game's memory, and when a patch recompiles the game, those places move. A build that keeps reading the old addresses does not fail safely, because it simply reads whatever is there now. That is how you get a client crash, a wildly wrong overlay, or read behaviour that looks nothing like a normal process. Taking the build down is the cautious choice, and it is also why a responsible board turns red before you notice anything yourself. The same applies when the anti-cheat, rather than the game, is what changed.

How to tell if a status row is out of date
Every card carries a date as well as a state. For games it also shows the publisher's own last build date, read from the game's source, and the two dates together are what matter. An undetected row with an old publication date next to a fresh publisher patch date tells you that nobody has checked since the game changed. Where the publisher signal is weaker than a plain build date, the card marks it with an asterisk. The spoofers and the firmware show the store's own publication date, because no publisher feed applies to them.
What to do on patch day
Work through these in order, because the first two steps cost nothing and answer most questions.
- Close the loader first, and do not launch the game with the build attached
- Open the status board and find the row for your exact build, not the product family
- Read the state and the date together, because an old date under a fresh patch already gives you the answer
- Check the badge on your delivery item in Downloads, which uses the same labels
- Read the note that goes with the state in the official announcement channel
- If you still need a person to explain a testing note, open one ticket with your order reference
- Check back on the board rather than the ticket, because the board is re-read every minute
What to avoid while a build is down
Each of these makes the wait longer, harder, or both.
- Launching anyway because yesterday was fine, when the row is the newer information and the account at risk is yours
- Opening five tickets, which queue behind each other while the newest one carries the least context
- Asking whether a grey no-status row is probably fine, when unknown is the answer
- Opening a payment dispute over downtime, which ends the support conversation you need
- Reinstalling Windows, reflashing firmware or rebuying a licence before the board says the build is back
- Believing a third-party post that says the build is safe when the row says otherwise

Do you get extra subscription time after downtime?
The published terms contain no downtime-compensation rule, so none should be assumed. What the terms do say about timed products is narrower: subscription products may receive partial refunds for unused time at the store's discretion. Separately, some firmware tiers state their own commitments, such as a written patch-time guarantee, priority handling after an anti-cheat update, or a free replacement period. Those apply only to the tier they are printed on, not to every order. So the answer for your order is on the product page you bought from and in the terms. If that matters to your purchase, ask before you pay rather than after a patch.
How do you know a build is back?
The board is the signal: it is re-read every minute, and the page refreshes itself at the same interval, with dates shown in UTC as published. When the row moves off updating, the badge on the delivery item in Downloads changes with it, because both read the same published labels. Undetected on a fresh date means no detection has been published for that build on that date. It does not mean undetectable, and it is not a guarantee. No seller in this market can honestly tell you a build cannot be caught.
Common questions after a patch
How long does a build normally stay down after a patch?
The site publishes no fixed figure, because it depends on what the patch moved and whether the anti-cheat changed with it. Where a tier states a patch-time commitment, that tier's product page is the authority for your order.
Will I get time back for the downtime?
The published terms have no downtime-compensation clause. The only written provision for timed products is a possible partial refund for unused time at the store's discretion. Check the terms page and your product page rather than assuming you will get an extension.
The board says updating but my friend says it works. Who is right?
The published row is what the store stands behind, and the Downloads badge makes you acknowledge that state before opening the link. If you run a build the board has taken offline, that is a decision about your own account.
Should I uninstall or roll back the game?
Do not start changing your machine on patch day; read the note attached to the state first. If a specific action is needed, it will come from the guide for your exact product and variant, not from a generic post.
My game is not on the board at all. What does that mean?
The board lists every build the store sells, so a missing game means there is no build for it here. Ask in Discord before buying anything elsewhere that claims otherwise.
