How payment works, and why crypto is the norm here
Which payment methods checkout accepts and why crypto dominates this market. What a pending payment means, what decides confirmation time, and what to do when a payment stalls.
Short answer
Checkout takes Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT on TRC-20 and Litecoin as wallet transfers at 10% off, plus PayPal and, where enabled, a hosted card invoice. PayPal is a manual transfer verified by hand, and pending means not yet verified on our side.

Which payment methods can you use?
Checkout accepts four coins, PayPal, and a card route where it has been switched on. The coins are Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT on TRC-20 and Litecoin, and they are paid straight to the store's own wallets rather than into a processor's balance. PayPal is a manual transfer verified by hand, and it asks for a Discord handle so a person can reach you. Where the card option appears, it redirects you to a hosted provider page, and the order is then confirmed by that provider's signed callback. There is also a Discord option, but it is not a payment method. It opens a ticket and deliberately creates no order, so nothing is reserved and nothing appears on Track.
Which network to use for each coin
The confirmation figure shown beside each coin at checkout is a number of blocks, not a promise of minutes. Send each coin only on the network listed for it and on no other.
| Option | Network | Confirmations shown | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin mainnet | 1 confirmation | Fee market. A low fee at a busy moment can leave a transfer unconfirmed for a long time |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum network | 12 confirmations | Gas spikes. Paying gas out of the amount leaves the order short |
| USDT (TRC-20) | TRON network | 20 confirmations | The same ticker exists on other chains. The address shown is TRON only |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin mainnet | 3 confirmations | Wallets that default to a different address format. Copy the address from checkout, do not retype it |
The amount is quoted in the coin at a live reference rate, which refreshes while the page is open. If a refresh fails, the page keeps the last good rate and labels it with the time it was fetched instead of calling it live. Always check the figure before you send.
Why is crypto the main way to pay?
There are three reasons, and none of them is ideological. First, card and PayPal payment providers classify this category as high risk, so a merchant who relies on them faces constant account closures and payment reversals. Second, a wallet transfer settles without an intermediary who can freeze the balance later. Third, buyers in this niche usually do not want a line item on a bank statement. That is also why the store takes 10% off a crypto total, because the payment costs it less and carries less risk of reversal. The trade-off is real, though: a wallet transfer is final, and that finality can work against you as well as for you.
What stays fixed while you pay
Some values are locked when you reserve the order, and the coin rate is not one of them.
- Hold
- 30 minutes from reserving the order. It expires on its own and nothing is charged
- Figure
- The coin amount is derived from the order total and a live reference rate. The rate moves; the order total does not
- Fees
- Network fees are paid on your side, on top of the amount, not out of it
- Reference
- Put the order reference in the payment note so a manual verification can match it
- Crypto price
- Paying in BTC, ETH, USDT on TRC-20 or LTC takes 10% off the total
- Card invoice
- Where card is enabled, the hosted invoice is denominated in the store currency and its own lifetime matches the checkout hold

What does pending mean?
There are two waits, and they happen one after the other. The first is the network: your transfer has to be mined and then reach the number of confirmations the checkout shows for that coin. The second is the store, because for wallet and PayPal payments a person confirms receipt before the order moves to Payment Verified. Until that second step is complete, crypto and PayPal transfers stay at Awaiting Payment. Marking the payment as sent records your claim and changes the wording on Track to Payment sent, awaiting verification. It does not change the state, though, and it does not speed anything up.
How long do confirmations take?
It depends on three things the store does not control, which is why the site publishes no fixed time. The wait is the network's block interval multiplied by the confirmation count shown for that coin, plus however long your transaction waits in the mempool. That mempool wait depends on the fee you attached and on how busy the chain is. A transfer with a healthy fee on a quiet chain clears in the time a few blocks take. The same transfer with a minimum fee during congestion can stay unmined far longer than the 30-minute hold. Watch the transaction in a block explorer rather than on the checkout page, because checkout shows what is required and the explorer shows where it is.
What to do when a payment goes wrong
All five cases follow the same rule: open one ticket with the order reference and the transaction hash. Do not send a second payment to fix the first one.
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The transfer has confirmed on-chain but the order still says Awaiting Payment | Network confirmation and store-side verification are separate steps, and for wallet and PayPal payments the second step is done by a person | Open a Discord ticket with the order reference and the transaction hash, and do not resend or start a second order |
| You sent less than the reserved figure | Network fees were taken out of the amount instead of being paid on top, or the rate moved after you copied the figure | Do not top up the same address yourself. Raise it in one ticket with the reference and the hash so a person can reconcile the order |
| You sent more than the reserved figure | The rate moved between the quote and the send, or a manually entered amount was rounded up | Nothing on the site returns the difference automatically. Raise it in the ticket with the hash, and treat the terms page as the authority on what is refundable |
| USDT sent on the wrong chain | The USDT option is TRC-20 on the TRON network, and the same ticker exists on other chains whose addresses are not the one shown | Open a ticket straight away with the hash and the chain you used; the site does not promise to recover a cross-chain send |
| The 30-minute hold expired mid-payment | The hold reserves the order and its figure for 30 minutes and then releases on its own | Start a new checkout at the current figure, and bring the hash of anything already sent to a ticket with the old reference |
How card and PayPal payments are confirmed
Card payments, where enabled, are not processed on this site. The order is reserved first, then you are redirected to the provider's hosted page, and the provider's signed callback confirms the order and releases fulfilment. That route checks the paid amount against the invoice. A payment marked as overpaid still counts as paid in full, while a wrong-amount result counts as failed. Any mismatch against the order goes to a person instead of being fulfilled automatically. PayPal is simpler but slower, because it is a manual transfer verified by hand, and that is why checkout asks for a Discord handle.
Common payment questions
Which currencies can I pay in?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT on TRC-20 and Litecoin as wallet transfers, plus PayPal and a hosted card route where the store has it enabled. Nothing outside that list is a payment method here, whatever a third-party post says.
Can I combine the 10% crypto discount with a coupon?
The crypto reduction is applied to the order total after line-level discounts, so a coupon and the crypto price both apply to the same order. The figure shown at the payment step is the amount that settles the order.
My payment has been pending for hours. What should I do?
First check the transaction in a block explorer, because an unconfirmed transfer is a network problem while a confirmed one is a verification problem. Then open one Discord ticket with the order reference and the transaction hash, and wait in that ticket.
Can I pay from an exchange account?
Paying from an exchange is the most common cause of an amount mismatch. Exchanges take their withdrawal fee out of the amount and sometimes batch sends. Send from a wallet you control instead, and set the fee yourself if you can.
Does the store hold my crypto?
Wallet payments go to the store's own addresses rather than sitting in a processor balance. Only the hosted card route settles with a provider, which makes it the one path with an intermediary in it.
