Check your exact build's live status, then reserve the order and pay the exact figure within the 30-minute hold. Digital items are issued after payment is verified; custom DMA firmware and hardware are built per order and normally take 24 to 48 hours.
Checkout takes Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT on TRC-20 and Litecoin as wallet transfers at 10% off, plus PayPal and, where enabled, a hosted card invoice. PayPal is a manual transfer verified by hand, and pending means not yet verified on our side.
A game patch moves the memory layout a build reads, so the build goes offline and its status shows updating, testing or detected until revalidated. No fixed downtime figure is published; your product page and the terms set what your tier commits to.
The terms allow a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the product fails to function on your setup and support cannot resolve it. Request it in a Discord ticket with your order ID; change of mind and successfully activated products are not refundable.
Every confirmation, status update and issued licence goes to the order email, so access depends on that mailbox. Support can find an order by its reference, but the site makes no promise to restore access tied to an email you no longer control.
Each card on the status board is one build, with the state the team published for it and the publication date. Anything other than undetected needs attention, and no status does not mean clear; an unreadable feed shows no state instead of green.
