Your first order, from decision to first launch
What to check before you pay and how the 30-minute checkout hold works. Which items are issued after payment, which are built per order, and where your licence key appears.
Short answer
Check your exact build's live status, then reserve the order and pay the exact figure within the 30-minute hold. Digital items are issued after payment is verified; custom DMA firmware and hardware are built per order and normally take 24 to 48 hours.

What to check before you open the cart
Each of these six points is much easier to check now than to sort out in a ticket after you have paid.
- You have read the status row for the exact build you plan to buy, including its date, and you are willing to act on it
- You meet the requirements listed on the product page: game, board class, anti-cheat and second PC
- You own the hardware the build needs or have it in the same order, because a firmware image is not a card and a card is not a complete kit
- The email you enter at checkout is one you control now and will still control in a year
- You have read the refund policy on the terms page before paying, not after
- You know whether your items are issued after verification or built per order, because the waiting times are different
How checkout works, step by step
Nothing is charged until you send the payment yourself, and the order is created before any money moves.
- Add the exact variant to the cart and check the total against the product page
- Enter the email address this order should be delivered to
- Choose how to pay: crypto, PayPal, card where it is offered, or a Discord ticket, which deliberately creates no order
- Apply a coupon if you have one; a loyalty tier shows its own code on your profile
- Continue to reserve the order for 30 minutes and receive the order reference, without being charged anything at this point
- Pay the exact figure shown and put the order reference in the payment note
- Press the button that marks the payment as sent, so your claim is attached to the order
- Keep the order reference, because every later conversation about this order starts from it
What you see at the payment step
These six details matter while the hold is running.
- Order reference
- LS- plus eight characters, issued when the order is reserved. Public and shareable; it is a receipt number, not a credential
- Hold
- 30 minutes. It reserves the order and its figure, and it expires on its own without charging anything
- Amount
- Send the exact amount shown, with network fees paid on your side rather than out of the transfer
- Payment note
- The order reference. It is how a manually verified transfer is matched to your order
- Delivery address
- The email typed at checkout. Confirmation, status updates and any issued digital access go there
- Licence key
- LS- plus four groups of five characters. Issued against the order; you do not choose it and there is no format to memorise
Issued once payment is verified, or built per order?
These are two kinds of product with different waiting times, and confusing them is the most common complaint on a first order. Cheats, spoofers and account products are normally issued after payment confirmation. Custom DMA firmware and hardware, by contrast, are built per order and normally take 24 to 48 hours before delivery or dispatch. That is why a paid firmware order that is not Delivered an hour later is almost always still inside that window. A physical bundle also adds courier time on top of the build time.
What happens between payment and your key
These are the states you will see on Track, in the order they happen. When you mark a payment as sent, the wording changes but the state does not.
- Awaiting Payment: nothing has been confirmed on the store's side yet
- Payment sent, awaiting verification: your claim is recorded, but the money has not been verified yet
- Payment Verified: the payment has been confirmed and the licence generated, and for DMA orders the firmware is prepared per unit
- Delivered: the licence is issued and a masked key appears on Track
- The delivery email then brings the full key, its expiry date if it has one, and a private download link
Info
Where to find your licence key
The delivery email is the main copy, and it carries the full key. Track shows a masked key for a completed order, which confirms the licence exists without exposing it to anyone who knows your order reference. The Licenses tab on your profile lists the keys on your account with their expiry state. If all three are empty on a Delivered order, the problem lies in the order record, not a wrong password. Open a ticket with the order reference.
How to run it for the first time
These six steps happen on the second PC, and the delivery page gives you the same list, which is deliberately short.
- Open Downloads and paste the full licence key into the verification field
- Read the run status badge on the delivery item before you open the link
- If the badge shows anything other than undetected, acknowledge the warning, which is there so a bad state cannot be clicked through by accident
- Open the delivery route: a hosted file where one is configured, otherwise the official delivery channel
- Follow the guide for this exact product and variant, not a generic post about a different build
- Check the live status once more just before you launch
Warning
What to avoid in the first hour
Do not buy a second key to test the first one, because you will own two licences and still have the original problem. Do not open five tickets either, since they queue behind each other and the newest one has the least context. Do not open a bank or PayPal dispute as a first move; the refunds guide explains why in full. And do not launch a build whose row says detected or updating just because yesterday was fine, because the row is the newer information. Nothing in this stack is undetectable, and a published status is a report, not protection.
Common questions about a first order
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout asks for an email, and you can look the order up on Track by its reference without signing in. An account adds the Licenses and Orders tabs, lookup by email, and a loyalty tier with its own coupon code.
What happens if the 30-minute hold expires while I am paying?
The hold releases on its own and nothing is charged, so start a new checkout at the current figure. If you had already sent a transfer, bring its transaction hash and the old order reference to a ticket so it can be matched to you.
Can delivery go to a different email than my account email?
Yes. The order is delivered to the email entered at checkout, and that is exactly where the risk lies. Use an address you control, because confirmation, status updates and any issued digital access all go there.
Why is my firmware order still not Delivered?
Custom DMA firmware and hardware are built per order and normally take 24 to 48 hours. On a firmware order, a verified payment means the build has started, not that a file is waiting for you.
Does paying more get me a faster build?
Only where the product page states that commitment for the tier you bought. The product page and the terms are the authority on turnaround, and no guide can promise a queue position that your tier does not include.
